My name is Ewelina and I’m a Yoga Teacher and Breath Master ready to share my knowledge and experience with you.

We are also emotions, thoughts, energy and soul. We have to take care of all of these aspects in order to balance them out and live our best lives. METHOD
Main method used in all my practices is a psycho-somatic experiencing. This is a unique way of combining breath, movement and meditation to allow release of negative emotions, traumas and coming back to a state of balance in both body and mind.
Whether you join my yoga, breathwork, one-to-one session, themed events or retreats you will be able to feel into your own body on a deeper level than ever before.

YOGA CLASS
Relaxing yoga based class accessible to all levels of mobility. I create my classes to suit specific needs using movement and traditional pranayama techniques.
BREATHWORK CLASS
This is a class based on breathwork and meditation. You will learn how to activate vagus nerve and relax body and mind in a few simple steps.
ONE TO ONE SESSIONS
This is a bespoke service that suits face to face or online clients. If you want to explore psycho-somatic experiencing on a deeper level this service is for you.
